EXECUTIVE PASSENGER MEDICAL TRAINING
GIVE YOUR PASSENGERS THE CONFIDENCE TO HELP IN AN EMERGENCY
Risk-based, scenario training provides situational understanding of common in-flight medical events. This training is focused on the most common and most critical events based on 30 years of MedAire’s in-flight medical emergency data.
Passengers learn first responder skills like victim assessment, CPR methods and AED operation PLUS adapted techniques for differences due to cabin environment and altitude. MedAire training conforms to every learning style; training includes active student participation, hands-on exercises, instructor evaluation and a suite of audio and visual tools to reinforce key topics.

PRE-FLIGHT
- MedAire integration with corporate health and safety programs.
- Steps for travel preparation and resources available.
- Available resources on the Aviation App and MedAire Member Portal.
EN ROUTE
- Aviation cabin environment and the characteristics that may impact passengers’ health.
- High altitude flight influences on a passenger physiology.
- Primary and secondary survey during a medical assessment and vital signs.
- Recognize and manage various medical and traumatic events utilizing MedAire’s products and services.
- Management of medical and traumatic events including: hypoxia, decompression sickness, allergic reaction, chest pain, stroke, infectious diseases, traumatic injuries including bleeding, shock, splinting, burns.
- Effective CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and relief of choking techniques
- Complete a simulated MedLink call during a training patch.
