MedAire superyacht clients are set to experience an exciting upgrade of their digital services, following the launch of our dedicated health and security portal.

The portal provides self-service access to all the important information you need to work most effectively with MedAire for your crew to remain safe and healthy.

Here is what you can expect from the new portal:

On the homepage you will find:

• Account Manager contact information: to ensure the quickest response to any product and service enquiries
• MedLink contact information
• Useful documentation about working with MedAire
• Medical reference section with training videos, equipment manuals, medical quick cards, health posters and maintenance and checklists.

MediTrack is our brand new medical kit inventory management system, which allows you to:

• Log usage in the most convenient way for you: Via individual kit, by searching for an item or locating it using the barcode scanner
• Easily see what medication has been used: Pull reports (which can be downloaded, emailed and printed)
• Record patient usage details: For compliance and onboard record keeping
• Update inventory with new orders: View your orders in transit and receipt deliveries

 

One of the key features of our client portal is the Maritime Risk Map. The map leverages accurate and verified information from:

• Dedicated, in-house International SOS Health and Security teams – who issue over 12,000 yearly medical and security alerts
• Risk Intelligence: Our specialist partners who are experts in their field of maritime security and intelligence

From the portal you can also access the MedAire eShop, allowing for a quick and easy resupply process.

How does it work?

1. Log medication usage on an ongoing basis via MediTrack
2. When it is time for you to replenish your medical supplies, our dedicated customer care team will upload a resupply quote to your eShop account (based on your item usage, expiry dates and regulatory requirements)
3. Review the quote and add any additional kits, equipment or crew medication
4. Check out via credit card or invoice.

Through the MedAire eShop you will also be able to access your order history and past invoices.
