How do I request a training certificate?
Thank you for participating in a MedAire training course. To request a copy of your training certificate, please complete the below form. One of our training coordinators will be in touch with you shortly.
Can I visit MedAire & MedAire's MedLink center?
Yes! We encourage our clients to visit MedAire and see the world-renowned MedAire MedLink center in Phoenix, AZ. Speak with your Account Manager about scheduling a tour.
How do I schedule a trip watch?
You can schedule a “Trip Watch” from the MedAire Member Portal. When you schedule a Trip Watch, MedAire’s MedLink Global Response Center will verify medical providers are available in the specified destinations or surrounding areas and monitor your itinerary, ready to act if medical assistance is needed.
To log-in to the MedAire.com Member Portal, click on the “Client Portal” button on the upper right of the screen on MedAire.com.
How do I request more membership cards?
