Communication Specialist Executive - (Tempe & Phoenix, AZ-Full-Time) Responsible for processing all client requests for medical assistance/advice and/or travel assistance in accordance with company and department policies.  Position is responsible for conforming to MedAire's quality system procedures as documented.

Director of Finance - (Tempe, AZ-Full-Time) Directs and manages the finance and accounting activities for MedAire Inc. and MedAire Ltd.  Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.  Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all designated accounting processes, including but not limited to:  sales order entry (as assigned); client invoicing (as assigned); medical claims processing; collection of accounts receivables in accordance with established time and liquidity standards; and payroll and accounts payable functions.  Responsible for maintenance of the Company’s accounting records in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and ISOS internal accounting policies.  Responsible for oversight of the company’s external audit firm, and testing of internal controls.  Manages assigned staff directly and/or through subordinate supervisors.

Customer Relations Specialist - (Wichita, KS-Full-Time) Assist Director, Strategic Partnerships, to maintain current strategic partnerships; to facilitate the growth and depth of these partnerships by responding to client requests in a timely, thorough and effective manner.  Will be responsible for managing the customer relationships and providing responsive and accurate customer support in addition to ensuring contract execution and deliverables are met.  

Medical Instructor & On-Site Client Support Professional - (Northeast US-Full-Time) Delivers MedAire developed training programs as directed by Education Services. 

Security Instructor - (Dallas, TX-Part-Time) Delivers MedAire developed security training

programs as directed by Education Services.    

 

Maritime Instructor - (Ft. Lauderdale or Miami, FL - Part-Time) Delivers MedAire developed training programs as directed by Education Services.   

Medical Instructor - (Various US locations-Part-Time- 3 openings) Delivers MedAire developed training programs as directed by Education Services.   

Sales Manager (Business General Aviation) - (Georgia or Florida) Primary client and prospect point of contact within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing and generating all new business revenues within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing business and travel expenses related to sales activity.
